Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, destination country, selected artwork, and message.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to answer questions, confirm artwork availability, prepare shipping quotes, arrange payment communication, and provide order support.
Website statistics
We count page views and active browser-tab sessions using a random identifier stored in session storage, which ends when the tab is closed. This first-party statistics system does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, URL query strings, or advertising identifiers. We store page paths, approximate country codes provided by our CDN, timestamps and an irreversible session identifier for aggregate statistics. No third-party advertising cookies are used. This optional collection is disabled when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Statistics do not identify individual people.
Sharing
We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared only when needed for order fulfillment, shipping, payment handling, legal compliance, or security.
