Return Policy
Before shipment
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If payment has already been made and the artwork has not shipped, we will confirm cancellation and refund according to the original payment method where available.
After delivery
Because each artwork is handmade and shipped internationally, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Returned artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in its original protective packaging.
Damaged package
If an artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, artwork, and shipping label. We will review the case and help with a replacement, repair, partial refund, or carrier claim where appropriate.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs and any customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
